IMPLANT SURGERY

ADVANCED IMPLANT SURGERY

These are the techniques applied to our patients whose bones are not both of sufficient thickness and of sufficient height. In advanced implant surgery; it is primarily aimed to create bone by using special grafts and membranes.

SINUS LIFTING

This is a surgical procedure which aims to increase the amount of bone in the posterior maxilla (upper jaw bone), in the area of the premolar and molar teeth, by lifting the lower Schneiderian membrane (sinus membrane) and placing a bone graft. So it makes possible to place dental implants to the relevant area.

ZYGOMATIC IMPLANT

Zygomatic implants (or zygoma implants) are different from conventional dental implants in that they anchor in to the zygomatic bone (cheek bone) rather than the maxilla (upper jaw). They may be used when maxillary bone quality or quantity is inadequate for the placement of regular dental implants. These implants are longer than standard implants, this provides more support from cheekbones to hold the dental bridge.

ALL ON FOUR IMPLANT

It consists of the rehabilitation edentulous maxilla and / or mandible with fixed prosthesis by placing four implants in the anterior maxilla and / or mandible where bone density is higher. The implant positions in the treatment are two straight implants at the front and two implants at a 45-degree angle in the back. Because of this angulation, longer implants can be placed and transport the implant support to the posterior area.

BONE GAIN WITH BIOMATERIALS

Bone biomaterials play a vital role in bone repair or create a new bone volüme where the bone has damaged or lost. Help of the biomaterials such as bone substitutes, collagen membranes etc. implantation can be done where the bone gaining need.

BONE TRANSPLANTATION (AUTOGRAFT)

Bone transplantation is a bone graft procedure that comes right from your own body. It's taken from one spot of your body or jaw and transferred to the point of bone loss in your jaw. Implant surgery can be possible after the bone volüme increase with the autograft.

IMPLANT SUPPORTED OVERDENTURE

An implant-supported overdenture is a removable complete denture combined with implants designed to improve stability in the mouth. Implant-supported dentures, overdentures are more stable, modern version of regular dentures. While conventional dentures rest solely on the gum tissue and the underlying jawbone, overdentures remain anchored by dental implants.

IMPLANT SUPPORTED FIXED PROSTHESIS (BRIDGE)

An implant-supported fixed prosthesis can replace both teeth and if necessery also replace gum tissue. It looks and acts like your natural teeth. The prosthesis fits securely even when you chew and speak. It can be fixed to the implants with screws or luting material.

AESTHETIC DENTAL TREATMENTS

LAMINATE VENEERS (IPS E-MAX)

Laminate veneers are thin porcelainslike nails specially prepared according to tooth color, designed to cover the front surface of the teeth to improve your appearance.
The color, shape, size and length of these laminates are specially designed and placed on the front of the teeth.

LUMINEERS (IPS E-MAX)

Lumineers are a form of E-Max porcelain veneers which are best for patients looking for a non-prep (no abrasion on tooth) treatment. Due to the transparency of these E-Max porcelain blocks, they are the most realistic veneer design, mimicking your natural teeth.

IPS E-MAX (EMPRESS) CROWNS

Empress provides a natural, esthetic blend for single tooth restorations and it effectively hiding the difference between the natural tooth and the prosthetic material. The result is a beautiful final product that will leave a lasting impression on patients.

ZIRCONIUM CROWNS AND BRIDGES

Zirconium has many advantages over metal-supported porcelains, considering its ability to meet the natural, aesthetic appearance and its durability. Zirconium Crowns and Bridges, which stand out with their naturalness, light transmittance and color, are frequently used in smile design and dental aesthetics. It is also a suitable choice for patients who are allergic to metal elements such as nickel-titanium.

HOLLYWOOD SMILE DESIGN

A 'Hollywood' Smile Makeover involves cosmetic procedures to achieve the perfect shape, color, and size of teeth to fit perfectly in your mouth. The most common cosmetic procedure is Veneers, which are thin ceramic wafers that are designed to cover the surface of your individual teeth. Inspired by Hollywood celebrities, this type of treatment is based on dental aesthetics.

SMILE AESTHETIC

Smile design is the application of dentistry techniques and technologies combined with art to give a personal smile. The anatomy structure of the face, the wishes of the patient and the advice of the physician are effective. The aim of smile design is to provide aesthetics with the minimum level of preparation in dental structures and to give the most natural aesthetic appearance with a conservative approach as much as possible. The smile we have created must be aesthetically appealing and functionally ideal.

BONDING (COMPOSITE LAYERING TECHNIQUE)

Dental bonding is a cosmetic procedure that uses a tooth-colored composite resin material to enhance your smile. This procedure is used to repair chips, close down gaps or change the shape and color of a tooth. Unlike other cosmetic dental treatments, such as porcelain veneers, dental bonding is not need and preparation or abrasion and it is completely reversible.

AESTHETIC FILLING WITH COMPOSITE AND CERAMIC

Aesthetic fillings are made with modern composite fillings directly in the mouth, and their shape, colour and functionality mimic the natural look of teeth. They are a good solution when no major reconstruction of dental tissue is needed. If there has been major destruction of hard dental tissue (enamel and/or dentin), it is recommended to make a ceramic filling (inlay, onlay and overlay) which are a long-term aesthetic solution, especially in the visible segment.

ROOT CANAL TREATMENT

Root canal treatment is designed to eliminate bacteria from the infected root canal, prevent reinfection of the tooth and save the natural tooth. When one undergoes a root canal, the inflamed or infected pulp is removed and the inside of the tooth is carefully cleaned and disinfected, then filled and sealed.

TEETH BLEACHING WITH LASER (TEETH WHITENING)

Dental bleaching is a process of removing the colored organic and inorganic substances formed on the surface structure of the enamel using bleaching gels. The laser bleaching method is used in order to activate the bleaching gel applied to the enamel surfaces. It shortens the duration of the procedure and increases the effectivity of the procedure.

DENTAL CARE FOR CHİLDREN AND PREGNANT WOMEN

Children and the pregnant women are our most precious patients. They need to be given extra care and attention during the treatments. Dental procedures are safe during the second trimester of pregnancy. A ginecologist consultation for the treatments is a must to prevent from the complications.

GENERAL ORAL SURGERY

IMPACTED TOOTH SURGERY

Generally wisdom teeth, upper canine teeth and premolars stays impacted in the jaws. If orthodontic treatments can not to move these teeth correct position, than extraction is a good way prevent to future complications.

WISDOM TEETH SURGERY

If a wisdom tooth doesn't have room to grow (impacted wisdom tooth), resulting in pain, infection or other dental problems, you'll likely need to have it pulled. This is a surgical procedure that must be done in sterile conditions under local or general anesthesia.

CYST AND TUMOR SURGERY

Oral cyst and tumors forms in the jaws and oral cavity. These cyst and tumors year by year and cause serious complications if they are not treated or removed.

JAW BONE FRACTURE SURGERY

Broken jaw surgery is performed under general anaesthetic in a hospital setting. An incision will be made inside the mouth, through the gum in order to access the site of the fracture or break. The broken jawbone will then be put together and held in place using small plates and screws.

PERIODONTAL DISEASE SURGERY

Periodontal surgery is a dental procedure to restore the look and function of teeth, gums, and bone damaged due to severe gum disease.

DENTAL ABSCESS SURGERY

An incision and drainage procedure is performed to help manage an aggressive infection. This procedure is often completed with the extraction of the tooth or teeth causing the infection. The incisions can be intraoral or extraoral to drain the abscess.

JAW JOINT PROBLEMS AND BRUXISM

MASSETER MUSCLE BOTOX

Botox or Botulinum Toxin; temporarily reduces the function of the muscle in the applied area. For this reason, it is used in dentistry to relax the masseter and temporal (jaw and temple area) muscles in the treatment of Bruxism and Teeth Clenching. Depending on muscle mass, degree of bruxism, anatomical structure, gender and skin thickness, the amount and application areas of the botox to be applied vary. After the botox method used in the treatment of bruxism is applied, the muscles begin to relax 3-5 days later. It reaches its maximum level in 10-15 days and this effect lasts for about 6 months. Botox treatment is not preferred during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in patients with nerve or muscle diseases and in allergic bodies.

NIGHT GUARDS

They are transparent plates used in the lower or upper jaw, specially produced to regulate the closure of the jaw and to relax the chewing muscle. As the muscle lengthens, relaxation occurs in the joint. In addition, since the teeth are protected against grinding and clenching, the damage to the teeth is reduced.

OCCLUSAL SPLINT FOR BRUXISM AND JAW JOINT DISORDER

A splint is a transparent, removable appliance that is placed between the teeth, applied to the lower or upper jaw. It allows the lower jaw, which is accustomed to incorrect closure, to learn to close correctly, the muscles to relax and the correct movement of the jaw. Depending on the problem in the patient, it may need to be used only at night or for 24 hours. The splint eliminates the tight contact of the teeth, allowing the lower jaw to move freely and comfortably. Correctly functioning lower jaw and its muscles will ensure that the jaw joint is placed in its correct place, and the discomfort and pain of the muscles and joint will disappear.

ARTHROCENTESIS (JAW JOINT ASPIRATION)

Arthrocentesis is one of the interventions made for jaw joint patients. Arthrocentesis is the process of injecting hyaluronic acid, a kind of lubricating substance, into the jaw joint, by entering the joint cavity from the anterior ear area with two needles, the patient's intra-articular, fluid (usually saline) is washed and when necessary. Arthrocentesis is a minimally invasive dental office procedure performed under local anesthesia. After the arthrocentesis procedure, a rapid improvement is observed in the complaints such as limitation of movement and pain of the patients who are applied.
